A breath of fresh air..The good thingsreally cozy feeling, there is still room for improvement its not a new company but still its has flaws as all are however something is being done to address the flaws unlike other companies, over all its a nice place to work. I would definitely stay long and watch its improvements.. thumbs up
The challengesSalary wise average, not very big I am very optimistic though that things will change as time goes by. I will definitely help the company achieve good things and develop the Call center and ESL side of it.
