    The good thingsThe company has different activities that may help the employees to enjoy while working in the company and have core values that makes the working environment more balance.

    The good thingsThe company itself, the working environment, the activities. The management, employees, salary, as well as the benefits.
    The challengesThe challenges I guess would be, the customers chasing for the status of their invoices and the payment as well. But it was all manageable, overall.

    Good Working Environment
    The good thingsThere is work life balance. I came in less, I go out of the company full. Working experience is great and I admire my counterparts. There are high and low, good and bad but what remains in me are high and good.
    The challengesChallenges are like some new things to learn and to look forward. being an accountant during undergrad focuses on Merchandising and manufacturing but never touched the shipping area. Working in a shipping lines makes your world like in school again. Adding in your experiences are the different races where you need to adopt.

    The good thingsThe employer is very good actually but unfortunately some of the ship staff have crabmentality atitude. Also most of the office staff are making the company safety management system very inconvenient for the ship staff for the revisions are getting worse most especially to the company forms.
    The challengesI just go with the flow. I mean, I have to sacrifice my health for the sake of covering up the things that need to be covered up. Most of my days onboard are sleepless because of the grave digging stuff.
