The challengesThe company benefits can be improved. I feel that the salary is not competitive anymore due to the inflation in the Philippines.

The good thingsAmazing health benefits, competitive compensation & at best in employee engagements. No dull moments with Third Pillar. I can see myself staying with TP not just for stability but as well on foreseeable growth for my career. I know there’s so much more reason for me to stay.

Competitive in the industry, but not competitive in taking care of their workforce
The good thingsEmployees, especially consultants are encouraged and tasked to prioritize growing their careers, which comes in the forms of free exam vouchers. However, this comes at the cost of the employee at times having to juggle between their studies and their responsibilities at work which like most IT companies, ranges from very relaxed to very hectic.
Schedule for working hours was once flexible, but due to the pandemic changed to a more strict day schedule.
Middle and lower management is often attentive to the needs of the employees; often trying their best to try to cater to the requests of their subordinates.
The challengesBenefits and perks are very basic; not really recommended for people seeking a more family-friendly benefits compensation.
Pay is low compared to other wages offered by other companies to similar roles, but does offer other incentives.
Due to the work being at times very hectic, overtime is common occurrence; however, request and approval of overtime pay is heavily bureaucratic and often results in requests being denied.
Upper management is very traditional and their practices are very rigid for such a young company.
