Fun environment but...The good thingsFun environment, most of the employees are young and are gamers. You're allowed to play video games during lunch and work hours. Culture is very casual. The managers and leads are approachable. Most people who work here are really passionate about game development and you can see that in everything they do. They're not strict about internet usage as long as you get your work done.
The challengesSince most are young, even the top managers and leads are young. Some of the most senior leads are not qualified for their position. Sometimes they are there only because of tenure and not because of their skills. Because of this, true growth and learning can be a little difficult. Some lower level employees are more skilled and qualified than them. There are some politics and biases also when it comes to promotions and opportunities.
