    The good thingsequipment provided by company during pandemic.
    The challengesno proper recognition for employees, low salary, previous issues were not taken care of. As an American company, salary is quite low especially on the design department

    The good thingsI love the people I work with. Managers and supervisors are easy to talk to. Salary is good as well since it's easy to earn a commission as long as you work consistently.
    The challengesIt's a start-up company so a lot of new policies are being implemented without prior or ample notice.

    The good thingsVery healthy and warm working environment. The managers ensures that a good working relationship is built among employees so there is a sense of belonging. You can openly talk to superiors and concerns are being addressed the best possible way. Great commission scheme.

    Fun, Creative and Passionate Workplace
    The good thingsThe company is composed of passionate and hardworking people. The artists are very talented, sales and customer service reps are easy to approach. There are also internal activities that makes the workplace fun and exciting. There are also incentives for those who have exemplary performance.
    The challengesAs a new hire it could be challenging at first as the company offers a wide range of products. However, everyone is willing to teach and show you the ropes. The management could be improved but there is lot of potential!

    Fun, Productive and Creative Workplace
    The good thingsThe/Studio is composed of a highly creative team with a passion to do amazing work. The designers are very talented, customer service and sales reps are very approachable and easy to deal with. There are also lots of internal activities to boost morale and create a fun environment. All reps are also given the chance to earn more as they offer incentives per month if you do well.
    The challengesAs a new hire it could be a little challenging to begin with as the company offers a wide range of products so it could be overwhelming in the beginning. However, managers and tenured reps are very approachable and will help you learn the ropes. Management could be better but there is great potential! Everyone is doing their best to improve and succeed!

    The challengesNeeds Improvement on the benefits and additional perks for employees. They should show a bit more appreciation on loyalty/tenureship/attitude not only by the performance alone. They should consider or add all of the three criteria in giving the employee additional perks and benefits.

    The good thingsFamily Oriented Environment, everyone who is new gets on boarded thoroughly and efficiently. When it comes to earnings, as long as you hit the targets, you can triple what they gave you as a salary package.
    The challengesstart up company. New Management implements changes and new systems without enforcing or subjecting on a trial or training environment. Blames bottom people as fault of the low performance.

    The good thingsThe people around are good and the graphics team are great
    The challengesToo much pressure given to the graphics team, all the bad issues are mostly given to us and not even an equal credit.
