    It is a great and God-loving institution.
    The good thingsCompetitive compensation and benefits: TSA PHL cares about its employees provides them with appropriate salaries and benefits. This includes health insurance, social security, health leaves, continuing professional development etc. Company culture: The company is welcoming, supportive, and collaborative. Employees feel like they are part of a team and that their contributions are valued. Community: A company that is very involved in community and development work, emergency response, and child protection. It values community based initiatives. Trust: Honest, fair, and transparent in its dealings with employees, customers, and partners. Fairness: It treats all employees equally, regardless of their race, gender, religion, or other personal characteristics.
    The challengesSome tasks and projects can be overwhelming at first and needs time to become familiarized. Employees should increase life-work balance through positive mechanisms such exercise, meditation, or spending time with friends and family.
