    The environment was pleasant as well as the coaches.

    The challengesI didn't like the fact that they struggle to give their agents quite reasonable schedule for breaks. Like, our first break will be given after 6 hours of working straight.

    The good thingsAside from working in this company im also part of their Volleyball Varsity. One of the reasons why i stayed for 5 years.
    The challengesBeen with the company for 5 years and and I understand as newbie they can only give the Lowest basic salary and been with different LOBs without salary increase.

    The good thingsFriends and working environment, employers are friendly and easy to work with, when you have requests just talk to them and they'll find a way to approve it.
    The challengesSchedule changes and the frequent changes to get the incentives and there are times that there's some dispute but they still manage to pay you back as soon as possible.

    The good thingsThe pay, the location, the people and the management. Approved extra hours and Rest Day Over Times. But what I did like the most is my experience and how I am honing my skills that I could use in the near future.
