The challengesy being aware of these challenges, company owners can set up policies to handle different issues as they occur.

You have to work hard to gain your position but you will really enjoy staying because you will learn a lot.
The good thingsI learn a lot. Theres no such thing as waste of time.
The challengesTheres a situation that they will give you a lot of trainee while your not yet still done with the first trainee in familiarization. And i just got a short period of time to train them all before they'll assign to their respective stores.

    Unexpected Experience
The good thingsThe good thing about to this kind of work is I enjoyed having to use my initiative. I have implemented and improved a number of the systems including the order processing system. It helps me to boost my self confindence when dealing with other people. It also helped me to become more responsible and equipped enough to face the challenges in this kind of industry.
The challengesThere was very little opportunity for me to use my initiative. I regard this as one of my strengths and found it frustrating that I was unable to get past the bureaucracy of such a big company to implement any improvements. That is why I am enthusiastic about working for a smaller company like this which I know encourages employees to use their initiative.
