While the company has its merits, I believe job seekers may find more fulfilling growth and satisfaction wherever they put their hearts into, so long as they remain open to all opportunities that come their way.
The good thingsI treasure good friendships to this day. Good benefits.
The challengesFrom my experience, internal dynamics can influence growth opportunities. Those focused on career progression might find it challenging.

Established company with a vision but acts as a startup
The good thingsThey stay true to their mission and vision to tell the Filipino story. They make their employees proud by being agenda setters and ensuring high caliber journalism. Work is dynamic especially in the editorial, sales, and marketing departments. They have good benefits including loans, birthday leaves, and comprehensive HMO.
The challengesCareer path was not clearly set. Many employees retire doing the same job for 30 years. Policies are not established making the decisions made by the management questionable. Work greatly requires agility but the prevailing culture does not match this requirement. Many employees are not too receptive to change.

My work experiences before was really fantastic. I have learned a lot from it from my position and paperworks hands-on. I learned so fast from my trainings and blossomed my knowledge about my work. But sometimes it's quite hard to handle especially when
The good thingsthe good things about my work was i meet new people in work and doing our job together. We ahd a lot of fun motivated me as well and there'd always be somethings to be a reason for work of course and that is a we have a good management nice compensation and the bosses are not the very strict.
The challengesthe challenges working for this company was the environment it was so thick of dust everywhere around it's challenging your health the most. Secondly when it comes to a paperworks when the other branch in the company failed to complete their tasks it'll be automatically my risk. i had to take more time and do my best effort to complete it accompanyed with my coworker from the office stuff.
