Memorable and one of the best training groundThe good thingsThroughout my 3 month training in The Peninsula Manila, it really improved my self-confidence and efficiency when it comes to my job. They didn't made me feel like an intern, but they made me think that I am one of their employee as well. So, it helped me push myself to my limits and know my capabilities as an individual.
The challengesThere were certain days that the working flow was a bit stressful. You should really know how to manage your time and your flexibility when things gets out of hand. It really improved my critical thinking when there were certain things, like equipment or ingredient that were not available but you need to think an alternative to provide the needs of a guest.
