    The good thingsI have had the pleasure of working in TOP for 5 years as a department head in marketing and the experience made a great difference in who I am as a professional by creating a strong positive influence towards my: (1) Values, of professionalism, service, integrity, and respect, and (2) Skills, of time management, business efficiency, multi-tasking, analytical-thinking, and team management. TOP has a strong \"TEAM\" mindset and all of these benefits were realized as I have adapted myself to its unique culture and have worked very closely with its impeccable management team.

    It was a life changing experience!
    The good thingsI think, the culture in TOP is one of the best thing they have. They value integrity and respect each and everyone. Management is generous with their resources and time. I learned a lot as employee and as individual, which I believed, helped me to become a better person.

    What I've been looking for
    The good thingsThe management gives you room to grow and opportunity to learn a variety of things. People are appreciated and they are provided a chance to be one of the decision makers. One of the best things is that the management considers how they can help their employees be better at what they do and that they listen to everyone.
    The challengesEverything can change in a second, sometimes too fast paced when it comes to matters that need more planning.
