    I would not recommend this company to a young, talented person looking to grow in his/her career. It may only be good if you live in Cavite and looking for a decent (but not high) source of income.
    The good thingsVery close to nature. Physically healthy environment.
    The challengesManagement is way too old school. They still have employee policies that are no longer competitive in 2024. Also don't expect a very high salary here compared to the city.

    Not for someone whose looking for career growth
    The good thingsWorkload was very light. The benefits are superb. Some of my co-workers are friendly and are very approachable. The entrance gate is far from the club so the management provides a scheduled free shuttle service for the convenience of the employees. Every month, the club conducts a sports tournament for the employees to lessen the stress from work. Employees have a privilege to play sports every Tuesday from 4 pm to 6 pm. The company/club also offers a loan no interest to all regular employees (details are confidential), this is to give help or support to their employees who wants to start a business or anything that can help to their personal matters.
    The challengesThere are a lot to improve to its network infrastructure, devices and systems. There are few whose professionalism are below the standard which was always causes conflicts. That was the challenges I've encountered. A lot of adjustments are required to synced in to its working environment.

    The good thingsWorking environment is the best here. Fresh air, amazing growth of flora and fauna.. People are friendly however, ive got to still build my walls because of the nature of my work \"auditing\"
