The Most Challenging Job I've HadThe good thingsI Love working there because the position I've held was that kind of challenging. The management did a good job sharing the service charge to their employees. They gave incentives to the length of tenure. They gave the mandatory benefits, and approved leaves for Solo Parent.
The challengesI got to talk to a lot of people the supplier, my co-workers even to the low ranking employee. I have to say it's challenging because almost everyday they have to come to me to ask if their requests was approved or if the P.O.'s are approved. The hardest is that you have to received calls in the wee hour,solved it.
