    A second home and a second family.
    The good thingsAllowed me to experience all the trainings that I can have to be a very effective supervisor. Having to be the only female in the kitchen, I can say it's very fulfilling. I am very humbled.
    The challengesI think challenges are work related problems that always has a way to be solved. We just have to think about the solution rather than overthinking about how it happened. Challenges in this company are also the problems that other companies face. It taught me how to handle and solve problems.

    I was a very great experience to have work in a company like them.
    The good thingsThey've really gave me such great reason and inspiration to work well with my co-workers, they really take good care of their staffs and make them feel comfortable and happy. For me, they are by far one of the best company that I've worked with and i would really recommend some of my friends to work with them also and if i could have a chance to work with them again, i'd be glad to accept.
    The challengesBeing the new guy and the fresh one on that line of work is one of the challenges I've experience there and i have much more to learn there as a newbie. memorizing the menu, how to converse with your guest, how to work well with others and most of all, how i improve myself as a staff.
