    Low Salary and No Work and Life Balance
    The good thingsMany company activities.
    The challengesNo work-life balance. Work schedule is from Monday to Saturday, always onsite, and sometimes even Sunday if there is a client viewing. The salary is very low considering the office location (BGC). For fresh graduates, not worth it. You're basically earning just enough to cover the cost working at their office. Also, they will attract fresh graduate on their job postings, but during interviews they actually look for candidates with sales experience.

    The good thingsThe people in this company are so lively and easy to be with and they help each other especially when it comes to work. Also the executives are also cool enough to mingle and have fun with us at the same time teaches us how to grow in our own ways to be more professional in the future. :)
