The good thingsColleagues (both legal and non-legal) are supportive/helpful. Time in for lawyers is flexible. Lenient when it comes to leaves. there's time for work and time for play.

The challengesexpect irregular time in and out, imbalance in distribution of work due to failure to conduct regular checking of docket and lawyers meeting. just like in a family, you may experience disagreement especially on the approach/decision on /handling of the case.
