    The good thingsThe good things happen to this company are the people who thought me to become productive everyday and motivated me through bad times when dealing with the customers especially when pressured by workloads given by the management. But all of these challenges made me learned lessons to become successful in life. Before my contract ends, they offered me to a regular position but i had to refuse it because i have to take my board exam for teacher and i want a better future.
    The challengesBeing an inventory is not easy to do. Everytime that there are damages or broken items such us plates, mugs and other glassware products you need to record it as mush as possible to lessen the broken items inside the stockroom.

    The challengesWe all know that a Landmark corp. is big company there are lot time pressure. You must know how to adjust in different kind of people since there are employee age gap, because some of the staff are already pioneer. This only show that a good company can gain the loyalty of a person.
