    Affordable healthcare accessible to the community.
    The good thingsThe Generics Pharmacy is known for making affordable medicines accesible. The most significant enjoyment would likely come from knowing you are part of a system that makes essential healthcare more affordable and directly helping customers get the medicine they need without the financial strain of branded drugs.
    The challengesConstant rush and pressure which oftens translates to a high volume of customers throughout the day, this creates pressure to work quickly, which increase the risk of making an error. Multi tasking and fatigue as assistants more often expected to simulataneously handle customer service, manage sales transactions, stock shelves, and assist the Pharmacist, leading to potential mental and physical work fatigue.

    The good thingsWithin 5 years experience, i'm became good when it comes in entertaining costumer's, and familiarized in any kind of drugs.

    Good but depends on the branch
    The good thingsI enjoyed working here because of the simplistic process, which makes complicated work easier. I am also happy about the flow of work because I am able to finish my work really quickly while enjoying the process. The things I love are: 1. There are standard government benefits 2. Organized workspace and stock are well arranged for easy memorizing 3. Location is near a mall where we can enjoy walking after a long workday 4. The documents are easy to understand and easy to accomplish But these good things will depend on your choice of branch to work in.
    The challengesChallenges are dependent on the company who franchised the branch. The problems I encountered are: 1. No washroom available in the branch 2. Location pollution exposure 3. Lacking staff to fill in odd times of the day But these challenges will depend on your choice of branch to work in.

    The staff are fine but the place is really awful. It is brutally hot inside the store, and when it's afternoon it is direct ti sunlight. The AC isn't working, hence the ideal and required temperature for medicines weren't met. Possible degradation of medication couldn't be ruled out.

    good but tiring
    The good thingsif you're fresh grad this one is good for you, if you're hungry in knowledge. in my case TGP helped me with medicine that needs to be taken when necessary, but the downside in this industry is really tiring.
    The challengesThe Challenges the I've encountered here is the doctors hand writing, some are terrible but it's nice you can learn things in other industry than just staying one, but this company needs an improvisation in their management, the need to care to their employees some are giving their best to achieve their daily quota just to get some incentives/compensation.
