    I grew up a lot in my 6 years in service as a manager
    The good thingsThe people I am working with are nice and easy to work with maybe because of small age gap. We have a very hands on boss that is very reachable and accepts new ideass.
    The challengesSchedule, proximity from my home, shortage of manpower, no basic training before reporting to duty, reports are mostly are done manually, systems and databases are not up to date. Shortage of supplies and unavailability of products that causes majority of our customer complaints.

    Before is OKAY, but lately it's getting worser 👎👎
    The good thingsCompared to the other company, working at The French Baker is not that hard before. Less hassle, we can do our job well and do all our task on the right time
    The challengesSome of our customers are plain BS! Only limited benefits, we can't avail all our breads and meals. Because of the wage hike they limited the manpower that why all of the station suffer especially in production and when there's an absent in opening shift

    Working experience with french baker is amazing it help me grow and learn more.
    The good thingsThe team is always in a hustle but still it gives you the feeling happiness. Employees are treated with respect whatever position are you in. The company help you grow, help you improve yourself and help you discover the skills you never though you have. They give you chance to learn new things by cross training you in other field of work. As you see the company grows, you too is now encourage to do well in your job and grow as a employee and as a person.

    The good thingsour manager was excellent.He managed us well. knows when to give break to his employees. friendly even our area managers do. they handle us with care and sympathy. if we are in our working area.. they sure that were doing our best.. but if it is outside the working place they approached us like were brothers and sisters,. in terms of salary , they make sure that we will get our salary on time.
    The challengesit is when we encounter customers with high standards, it is really challenging for me to impressed them. how will i talk to them, especially when they complains regarding how long they waited for their orders.
