    The good thingsWell-known company in the pharmaceutical industry and to the doctors as well. Good work and life balance, good co-workers, flexible time.
    The challengesfirst of all, low salary :( and they have the tendency to be unfair to its employees.

    The good thingsIt is said that it is better to work in a company that has a good boss even though you have a average amount of salary, than working with a boss with a bad attitude yet you have a high salary. That is the first thing I am liking in the company I am with. As well as my co-workers, they are good as well.

    Somehow good...
    The good thingsThis company is not that strict in terms of company policy. As a matter of fact, the Big Boss here really has a big and sincere heart for each and every employee for they usually do not end contract of their relievers (e.g.for employees on maternity leave) but rather absorb them.
    The challengesThe only thing that will surely bother you here is the quantity of work over your salary. Once you're part of this company, you will never be an excuse for any mistake or lapses that occur along your way of employment. You are also required to answer to phone even during weekends, holidays, leave, or even at midnight whenever they feel to contact your for some concern.
