The good thingsCheerful and nice community. There's sense of belongingness and great work life balance. Staff development and career. Timely pay and bonuses with yearly raise in salary. There are food attendants to prepare your food, which is served hot for lunch!
    The challengesNone, it's too perfect.

    Good overall
The good thingsBritish School is a great place to work, especially if you are still single. You get a lot of work-life balance, pay, benefits, are a bit above standard, which is great. You get a lot exposure to foreign culture, and there is a great sense of community in the school. I would recommend working here all day long.
The challengesDepending on where you are in the school, opportunity for career advancement can be difficult. I work in the library, and here we have no chance (or at least none that we have been made aware of) for advancement. Once a librarian, always a librarian.

The good thingsThe warm company of teachers and students.
The challengesThe prolonged term contract of ISAs could have been elevated to regular status.
