    For experience only not for career growth
    The good thingsThis company is not really stable. The only good thing here is the work experience. This is not for long term.
    The challengesIt's very difficult for consultants to go to clients places. The transportation allowance is not enough. Also, it is very stressful going too far. The management here is very terrible. The salary is not really competitive as well.

    The good thingsLearn multiple skills with many ad hoc assignments. Your job description is a start others come as the business needs. Be open ready to learn and deliver. Grow your skills and have a parachute ready to jump out.
    The challengesChanging business directions and challenges, high and fast turn over of staff that go. Focus on the products and services is needed; experience felt like a trial and error management direction. Benefits and environment felt working for a mom and pop company.
