    it was wonderful being my first job.
    The good thingsI enjoyed firstly the ambiance since Baguio City is a really cold place, the company had given me the chance to prove myself being worthy, and it taught me a lot of great things. I have made many friends that up to now are still there.
    The challengesI suffered some illnesses because of the graveyard shift that my body system didn't take well, the muscles in my legs became big probably due to prolonged standing for the whole eight and most of the time twelve hour shift.

    i love being flexible at work and love any challenge thats comes specially in reading process plans.
    The good thingsI really enjoy my work as a machine opetator and first process for it challenge me everyday at work most specially at the loader area it is not easy for handling a two machine at the same time with different kind of plans,but because of my supervisor and leader they give me some technique on how to handle situation and i've learned allot.Every day in my work i have my ups and downs and i've learned from it.
    The challengesThe challenges that i have experience in my work being the first processor of substrates is that when the machine im handling is damage or it accurs its trouble and need a maintenace and this kind of situation really challenge me for i should catch up with the plans so that the production of the company would not be stock or freez from one day.

    It's been a pleasure working in Texas instruments in terms of environment most especially my relationship with my co-workers, however it is a bit pressure in our production line particularly during cut-of/end of the month however, i have already adjusted
    The good thingsi enjoyed my stay in Texas instruments because i have develop my skills, demonstrate talent in assessing situation and understanding of problem. Execute logical perspective, research and experiment applying theory and reverse engineering techniques to identify and provide solution to a problem.
    The challengesi think they should increase the salary because this a prestigious international company. they should also be consistent to everybody in terms of mid year and year end review for their performances as sometimes managers and supervisors miss to do it consistently base with experience.
