Very nice environment of working with highly professional people, and competitive colleagues. The good thingsI enjoy the teamwork and challenges you'll face everyday. There will be a lot of pathways for you to explore and learn, but nice thing is that you'll always have pears who will help you around. I've been under two line managers already, since we just had our reorganization, and so far I'm very satisfied with their leadership. I mean, these folks are not perfect, but really good enough to make you grow and stay with Tetra Pak.
The challengesLearning on your own - Most of us and even senior ones are trained by fire. personally, I've learned in and out my roles mostly by experience. Nobody will babysit you in the organization, so you'll need to be resourceful. You need to have strong perseverance for you to grasp all needed skills for your job. I acquired most of my skills in doing my job through self studies, and strong collaboration with my fellow office admins. :-)
