This is for you to become effective, productive and professional in your current job. Developing associate's capabilities is one of the important goal of the company/ management.
    The challengesThe company is still very young compared to other companies nearby, improvements in many areas of the company operation will always be there. It's a matter of proper reviewing, understanding, supporting and collaborating with each associate, to make TPC a better than before and perfect company in the future.
