    Redundancy at its finest!
The good thingsPeople are relatively young, so it is easy to get along. Training is great when I worked here.
The challengesCompany seems not able to managed projects and people properly. In the span of how many years, redundancy happened multiple times. When I worked here, I was benched most of my stay then got redundant. After a few years, I heard another wave of redundancy then again after.

IT company w/ pros & cons
The good things- Compben somehow at BPO standard - Reimbursement for passing certain certifications - Teradata is a good database - Decent benefits & giveaways (shuttle, raffled parking) - Travel opportunities - Some managers are ok; they speak w/ employees - Company activities & engagements - Most employees are easy to deal with
The challenges- No retirement pay/benefit - Too much focus on billability instead of the employee's preferred career path. Forced assignment to MS for some - No command responsibility for some managers; blame passed on to employees - Too much reorg, coupled w/ poor transition from project to project (KT) & manager to manager - Policies strictly implemented when favoring company; not so much if w/ employees - Discouraging leaves
