    HR is vere responsive
    The good thingsThe hr is very responsive, i rcv already a job offer. I searched to this company and i believe the ratings is quite shocking but i believe it has a reason. Hoping this company soon to recieve a good rating because all of company has flaws. And think about the knowledge and experience u gained. always look to brighter side.

    This company is very terrible they don't gave you a property training, consideration the workplace and workmates are very rude they wont help you to excel even if they know something they wont help you. It has a Bad management and Bad Boss
    The good thingsThey are good at first but lately you'll see their true colors that you wont expect.
    The challengesThe management is Bad , Improper and I cant deny its very stressfull and not accomodating. I hope they can improve and Hope they can last long because for me I really had a bad worst experience to them .

    Even the biggest company has it's flaws
    The good thingsEmployers doing the extra mile not just for themselves but for the employees. They make sure that the employees received the salary on time. Even the top 100 fortune company has it's flaws. No company is perfect. The company values their employees. Even if others feel they are not valuable!
    The challengesAs mentioned no company is perfect. No need to complain for small things that's lacking the company. Some employees are not professional

    The good thingsWork-life balance, Does not require to do OT, fixed weekend off, though office place is small it is still nice.
    The challengespoor management, questionable decisions by management that sometimes are out of logical reasons, some officemates/department don't want to do their job properly.
