    Supportive work environment with great team culture, but limited flexibility and high commuting costs.
    The good thingsWhat I like most is the non-toxic and low-pressure environment. Even with minimal supervision, my teammates genuinely care for each other’s work. No one is left behind—it truly feels like a family where we support and grow together.
    The challengesI enjoy my job and have no issues with the work itself, but it's challenging that there's no work-from-home option. Management seems hesitant about hybrid setups. As someone commuting daily from Bulacan to Mandaluyong, most of my salary just goes to transportation.

    It was nice but never enjoyable and healthy.
    The good thingsI like the people, they're kind both the employer and the client company.
    The challengesA lot of papers needed for absence just for a day, salary from portal and bank are sometimes not balance. Instructions are lacking, lot of papers upon hiring and even after the contract end while the employers personnel are instructionless of what to do next after giving them clearance.

    NEEDS MORE IMPROVEMENT
    The good thingsI enjoyed working here since from the start, HR is okay, they're nice and very accommodating to all of our employer-related questions. The location is near, accessible from where I reside and they seem to try their best to get to their employees' concern.
    The challengesDifficult part is during the claiming of Employees cetrification of work, and back pay issues. They seem to be working on it so slow, releasing is so delay that you have to wait for almost 1-3 hours to get out of their office (by the way this is on their head office).

    The good thingsTSI offers additional benefits for its employees like vacation and sick leaves, birthday leave, accident insurance and HMO. It offers good compensation package, It also has good training and development programs for its employees. The management are committed to excellence and are inspirational leaders. The officers are supportive of their staff, giving them timely and helpful feedbacks.
    The challengesAs I grew along with TSI, they entrusted me with new responsibilities and tasks. From handling mainly employee relations concerns I was tasked to supervise the whole HR and Admin Dept. Recently, I was appointed as member of TSI's Compliance Committee which earned for the company 4 consecutive awards from the Dept. of Labor. These challenges made me become a better employee and person.
