    The good thingsTop Management is approachable, supportive, and collaborative. The direct superior is very supportive in terms of employee training, coaching, and improvement. Co-employees are great, trust each other, and have the passion to win, for one another they are like your 2nd family. They gave me the opportunity to travel abroad and meet other colleagues from different Continental Sites. Good salary package and benefits. Overall as a solo parent, this company is a good partner and a good provider for its employees. Thank you Continental Temic.
    The challengesYou have to be very active and focused. The work-life balance depends on the team which you are in. It will depend on your direct manager. Some managers are workaholics and they expect their employees to do the same.

    The good thingsNice working environment with enjoyable benefits especially the year end profit in EURO currency (converted in peso using yr end rate) sharing equally shared to all Continental employees.
    The challengesFinance in Continental is a shared services which cater several entities along asia, difficult to communicate because of language and culture issue.
