    Great people to work with. I will forever be grateful to them. I gained vast essential knowledge from my team lead and manager. The upper management are great people to be with too. They will treat you so well that you will love these people. I never experience stress or felt so small with them. I will always have high respects to them. The only company so far that I will never forget.

    The challengesNone. The only challenge is the completion of work and it still good for your self-learning.

    I applied here last week. I got interviewed from hr to technical and I both passed the interviews. They scheduled me for final interview on the next day. I woke up early in the morning to prepare because hr told me that I should be receiving the meeting invite between 8am-10am. Unfortunately, I never received the meeting invite instead I got a call from hr saying that "they are not going to proceed anymore with my application because their counterpart from the U.S is looking a specific skillset"

    The good thingsWhat I enjoyed working with Teloworks is I've worked with good and trustworthy people. All my teammates, managers and directors act as professionals. I've learned a lot to enhance my skills and knowledge. Everyone in the company is willing to help if needed. Company events before pandemic are also exciting. Great HMO.
    The challengesChallenges working for this company are tight schedules during project releases, continuous adding of enhancements, and constant changes in the requirements of feature/enhancements even if the team is in fast-paced project releases.

    Good Company, but steps can be taken to be Great
    The good thingsThe teammates in the Philippines here are very helpful. The spacious workspace (at least when we were working in the office). opportunity to have a wide range of skills due to the nature of the job. the HMO Benefit is great.
    The challengesVery challenging to maintain a work-life balance as you would be constantly asked to attend night meetings, especially if you become the QA Lead. The QA tool used for testing (Testlink) is very sluggish and not up to standards with the fast paced nature of testing. Difficult to improve process due to the fast paced environment. The annual evaluation process can be improved as well.

    Fun and challenging workplace
    The good things* Management is very approachable. Managers, Supervisors, Admin and HR are very open to hear the employees concerns if there are any. * During the Covid 19 pandemic, the company made sure to implement protocols that would ensure health and safety of the employees. * Through the years that I have worked with the company, I have not only improved my skills but also gained life-long friendships. * For new grads and people who aim to hone their technical skills, I am confident that Teloworks is one of the best options.
    The challenges* Work is fast-paced and applications to be tested are quite complex so you must love your work and you must be capable to self-direct and have common sense to be able to adapt to the amount of work and the new technologies that you need to learn. If you have all of those, you will surely enjoy the tasks that you will do here.

    The good thingsThe company over-all is good! Definitely no problem on upper management. Im in a team who are very knowledgable in what we're suppose to do. UX leaders are impressive.Very good experience as a UX Designer, you will design, think, evaluate, present your design & experience the whole process of what's being a real UX Designer. You will learn and discover a lot during the course of the journey! Mother compeny - Telos is so great, their leaders and US colleagues as well!
    The challengesBecause the UX leaders are so knowledgable & competitive, sometimes can be toxic. You will present your designs/wireframes to a large audience including top executives & stakeholders. Challenging!. Just embrace the process and you will definitely benefit from it. Hoping from them to be in a more modern office location/building, this will give them an edge to get/attract more great candidates.

    Company with good culture
    The good thingsI had been a part of the company for almost 3 years and I can say that the culture and the people are the core strengths of the teloworks. People are casual, managers are very approachable and lots of company events.
    The challengesThe only problem that i had here was the building facilities. The building is old; toilets and elevators are always broken.

    Positive Work Culture
    The good thingsThis is a good company to work for and and the company does everything they can for their employees. The working atmosphere is very nice, the whole company feel like one big team. Team leads and the management listen and act quickly on suggestion that are being raised.
    The challengesIt will do well if salary for entry level employees can be raised as workload can be really heavy during release weeks.

    The good things- The people I've worked with in my team are very knowledgeable in what they do. - They don't encourage spoon-feeding, which is good because as an individual, you get to explore and learn about new things as you go. - Cool managers (overall) - Great HMO!

    Where you can find the best people to work with
    The good thingsTeloworks has the kindest people to work with. They will not only assist you but will teach you how to work independently. Challenges brought by new technologies are also good things to hone your technical skills. Teloworks also assist you to bring the best out of your potential.
    The challengesThe challenging parts come during deadlines. As work is fast paced, development team is also expected to work as fast with the best output and meet the deadline.

    In this company, it isn't all about work! :)
    The good thingsThis company isn't the typical workplace you'd go everyday. If you're one of them, this will become your second home! On top among the many positive things about this company, is they're Family-Oriented. They care about not only your work deliverables but most importantly your family. HR team deserves special mention as they're actively conducting programs/activities for the welfare of employees-this is where they're great at(and not on giving you memos:). And last but not the least, you'll find the best managers here that will be able to promote career growth, personal development, and address any concerns you'll have be it work-related or personal.

    A great place to start you IT career
    The good thingsVery accommodating Managers and the overall feel of the people around you is like your with your family. Easy to talk with peers and a has a place for every type of developer out there. In terms of work load you have a lot of things that can be assigned for you at a time but the challenges it provides will make you improve as a developer and as an individual.
    The challengesThe ever changing client specifications and tight deadlines however this challenges are seasonal and does not come in on huge bulk of work. Its more of a big project for certain individuals at a time. However challenging it becomes the end results is that every project you did was as was worth you while
