    Not good company for permanent stay
    The good things1. You will learn a lot regarding semiconductor products 2. Management of ADLT (Manager and Senior supervisor) acted super boss and not good as a leader 3. Most of the quality issue being blame to people 4. Training is not good 5. The only important for the management is daily output.
    The challenges1. Low salary 2. Shuttle is not good 3. Low Food allowance 4. Strict in attendance 4. No program for career path

    Much better than other companies in Cavite
    The good thingsWe have incentives for perfect attendance, Christmas bonus only ₱1k but still ok than nothing They also organize sportsfest, quality circle and some character building activities
