Poor management, favoritism, and unresolved issues—not worth it.The good thingsCompetitive ₱35k pay and a chance to experience false promises and no growth! They keep changing their rules but management aint practicing what they preached especially if you are close to the manager. Favoritism speaks a lot in this company!
The challengesPoor management, favoritism, and lack of employee support defined my experience. While the ₱35k pay seems attractive, it does not compensate for the stressful and unfair work environment.
Support from leadership is lacking, especially when employees raise valid concerns. Instead of addressing issues fairly and professionally, problems are often ignored or poorly handled, which creates frustration and distrust among team members. This eventually led to serious unresolved workplace concerns that could have been avoided if management had been more competent, transparent, and employee-focused.
The company culture does not promote growth, merit, or professionalism. Employees who are genuinely hardworking and skilled are not recognized the way they should be, while others seem to advance for the wrong reasons.
I would not recommend this company, especially for experienced professionals who deserve to feel valued and respected.
