    Below Average and strict Management
The good thingsFun Colleagues, pantry and bidet on their toilets
The challengesVery strict and unapproachable upper management. No privacy for very personal employee-management conversations. You get lectured in front of all your colleagues; seen and heard by all other departments.

Not recommended for professional job seekers.
The good thingsPeople are friendly, most especially the service and installation crews. TIn terms of workload, electrical skills are required and highly recommended to have. Though, you'll be able to learn a lot from the crew.
The challengeshe pay is below average and you are employed as a casual/contractual worker. Only people with the right skills are renewed, but that doesn't mean that your pay gets higher as well.
