Great Company, Great Employees, Great CompensationThe good thingsAt TK, we are all safety oriented. Everybody from the head of an office in Canada to the head of Makati Office to the local office employee, they all maintain same TK Spirit and attitude - an attitude of safety and cooperation. Compensation is great! even though it is not the highest rates in the Philippine Marine industry, it is still very competitive given the fact that TK is always adding value to its employee by providing assistance to its employee's family whether employee onboard the vessel or from the shore employees.
The challengesThe only challenges I faced working in TK, is that they are always expecting nothing less than perfection in its whole business operation - does not matter if its an operation onboard a vessel or shore operation. TK always push everybody to produce the highest quality standard of Safety and dedication to the job.
