    Nice office and Cool people
The good thingsI love our new office. I am happy that the company invested in us. We have a nice pantry. We have a gym. We have common areas where we can chill and relax.
The challengesCultural difference when working with foreign offices.

    Great place to work!
The good thingsEmployees are empowered. Director is very good at mentoring and guiding us and he is very approachable too. People seem to enjoy their day while working because there is always laughter in the air. I am happy I got accepted here.
The challengesThere are cultural differences some times when working with teams abroad. Good thing the company head helps to explain and guides us on how to deal with them.

    Warm colleagues. Cool boss.
The good thingsI like how all employees get along. There are many activities to encourage people to have a break and bond with colleagues. The boss is fun to be with and approachable. Our HR is friendly and not the type to reprimand or give kasaba.
The challengesWe work with different people from outside the Philippines. Not a big challenge, but sometimes the time zone difference can be challenging.

Solid company. Great teams. Awesome management.
The good thingsThe pandemic did not affect the company's commitment to its employees. Last year, we still got our annual increases and some colleagues were promoted. We had a very unique virtual/online Christmas Party, and we got Christmas baskets and lots of food delivered to our homes. Despite the pandemic, no one was retrenched, and the company went on hiring more people. Kudos to the management for a job well done.
The challengesWork from home is a challenge because I would like to see my colleagues and meet the new hires.

    Happy employee here!
The good thingsSolid. The pandemic just showed how strong the company is. We still got our annual increase, bonus, and some got promoted. The company is still hiring. No retrenchment.
The challengesWork keeps on coming. But it ia job scurity.

    Good Organization and Working Environment.
The good thingsStrong company growth (despite of pandemic). Awesome workmates. Good benefits (they provide what's best for all employees even on pandemic). Great employer.
The challengesOffshore colleagues often can't relate how heavy and burning is the coding work. They tend to give tasks to finish in a hurry.

    A company that cares
The good thingsDuring the pandemic, the company allowed all employees to work from home. We were also given monthly allowance and food vouchers.
The challengesDuring the pandemic, the challenge is more on staying connected to my colleagues and to the office network because the internet connection provided by Globe and PLDT are not reliable

    Job Security
The good thingsWork for the company (in-house), not clients. My stress level is not high because I don't work for clients who have weird demands and unreasonable deadlines.
The challengesWorking with teams outside Cebu.

    Two thumbs up!
The good thingsNo office politics. My colleagues are nice and friendly. I am happy to be here
The challengesThough not really bad, most of the non-core functions are outsourced to firms, so we have to ask them through our inhouse HR and Admin.

    Work with smart people
The good thingsA lot of smart people in the office. I have Superman as my boss. He knows many stuff, can do a lot of stuff, can make things happen and has a solution to your every day problem. He knows how and when to delegate and he empowers us and trusts us, but he can DIY and be hands on when necessary. My officemates are the Avengers. All heroes in their own right. They are good at what they do. They are experts in their field and can deliver come what may.
The challengesVery challenging to work with smart people. You don’t want to be left behind. So you have to be smart too.

    I like it here!
The good thingsJob security. Pantry with coffee, milk, oats, biscuits and more. Friendly officemates. Cool and approachable boss. Semi-flex working hours.
The challengesWorking with people from different countries. Some technical people do not reply emails on time. Changes in delivery dates. But we were trained to anticipate them. So it is still okay.

    Great team
The good thingsNo office politics. Great management. People help each other go through tough projects.
The challengesPeople who are not flexible and team player will have difficulty. The group works as a team and collaboration is the key.

    Great company to work for!
The good thingsLax, but strict in some ways. Reasonable. Able to recognize top performers. The team is nice to work with. No office politics. I like the working environment. People get along really well. You are not bothered during your personal time, but you are required to focus on your work when at the office. Seems fair enough.
The challengesSince it is a global company with many offices abroad, you will work with people from different regions. They have different expectations and some stereotypes of how work is done in Asia. But as long as one is able to be flexible, he will survive.
