    Very nice to fresh graduates. Good place to get starting work experience. For career growth, maybe look for other opportunities after 3 years.
    The good thingsVery pro employee owner. Very lax work environment. Any stress you might get will be from the work itself, not from your superiors.

    Work was stress free, there's some pretty stressful days but very rarely
    The good thingsFlexible time, you can work from home, the management is very kind and understanding. Frequent team dinners :) and a nice salary for fresh grads
    The challengesThe company is nice and I couldn't ask for more. There's some stressful days but I can say that its part of the work and its nothing major

    Good Boss, good benefits, good salary, flexible working time.
    The good thingsThe boss is very nice person, he always ask others opinion before making decision. have 13th and 14th month pay and they give more than just benefits, flexible working time. Lots of challenges, good opportunity for those who want a career growth. has a recreational activity.
    The challengesYou have to be more independent because all employees are busy working. They need to provide a complete documentation for their template which is not searchable in the internet. Add time period for training.
