Hiring Process and Communication Needs Improvement
The good thingsSome of the employee
The challengesThe recruitment process was lengthy and highly traditional, with interviews scheduled separately over several weeks. The role was posted as urgent; however, the timeline did not reflect that urgency. Lastly, despite the follow-ups, I did not receive any response or update regarding the outcome of my application after several interviews.

A company that constantly pressures its employees without providing clear direction
The good thingsEnjoyed and meet new friends
The challengesI acknowledge that I could have improved my performance, however, there was no proper evaluation from management, as their focus was more on imposing pressure rather than providing guidance.

Very Memorable Experience, good and very bad :)
The good thingsOn the positive side, you will learn so many things especially on the technical side. You should be resilient enough to learn and accept all the challenges while working. As Sales Engineer, you will not just focus on getting sales, but also on the arrangement of your orders, delivery, installation, collection , after -sales and so on and so fort. You'll also be a personal driver of some foreign visitors as principals of such brands that the company carries. Sales Engineer position but the responsibility is to big to grasp, Many new things to learn and many challenges you will definitely encounter.
The challengesBad Side? better check the leadership quality of your department heads. All of them are self-righteous. Bad leadership will definitely lead to a bad outcome for the team. Better check before it's too late to realize that your company is going down. Because you choose your "Bosses" rather than your hard-working employees.

It's the people around me that made my experience worthwhile. Family is what we have in this company.
The good thingsThe environment and the employees of the company. They treat each other as if a real family. Mostly the president of the company a very down to earth man.
The challengesI guess, being in the industry you'll meet client who has an attitude. Handling such irate customer is a real challenge.

    Not so good
The good thingsThe best thing about working here is that it only takes me 5 minutes to get there from my house. Also, the location is near to karenderya. They also offer some perks such as profit sharing.
The challengesThe management. They promised me a position and talked me over having that position the soonest but when the contract arrived, they selected another colleague even when that colleague rejected the promotion before they offered it to me and before I accepted it. No professionalism. And very low salary.
