The company provides the tools, resources, and autonomy necessary to design, optimize, and maintain complex systems effectively. Leadership is accessible and supportive, and decision‑making is grounded in both data and collaboration. What stands out is the organization’s commitment to professional development technical upskilling, project involvement, and cross‑team collaboration are strongly encouraged. The culture promotes accountability and respect, allowing engineers to focus on delivering high‑quality work while maintaining a healthy work–life balance.
    The challengesThe challenges are minimal and mostly tied to natural growth. Continued process optimization would be beneficial, but the foundation for improvement is already in place.

    The challengesToxic and poor HR management. Difficult workplace culture. Power tripping. If they don't like you they will fabricate issues and charges to you. The position you signed in your contract is different in your actual work.

    A supportive company with a great culture, excellent pay and benefits, a well-designed office, and plenty of learning opportunities.
    The good thingsFinding a company with this kind of culture is rare. The environment is supportive, and they genuinely care about employees' well-being. The office is spacious with areas to collaborate and unwind. Pay and benefits are great. There’s pressure, but the strong support system helps.
    The challengesMy only issue is the parking—it fills up fast, so if you come in too early, you might have to wait for other BPO employees to leave before you can park.

    The challengesAppreciative of the Perk, But Room for Improvement One of the great benefits of working at Tech Elite is the daily free lunch, which is a generous and much-appreciated perk. However, the quality and variety of the food could be improved to better cater to different tastes and dietary preferences.

    The good thingsOffers competitive compensation with great benefits, making it a standout employer. Leadership is supportive, and there are plenty of opportunities for growth and learning. Has a great culture built around work-life balance, making it one of the best organizations I’ve been part of.
    The challengesThe office is inside Clark, which can be challenging to access due to the limited public transportation infrastructure. However, this is improving with the Clark Loop Bus, and the company helps by offering shuttle services, making the commute more manageable.

From competitive salaries to comprehensive perks, this company truly understands the value of investing in its employees. There are various opportunities for training programs both for internal and external staff, there are career advancement opportunities and I felt supported in my professional growth. Overall: - Impressive compensation structure, benefits package, and unique perks - Strong emphasis on professional development with regular training sessions and workshops. Now we also have a Training Academy for both internal and external staff. - There's work-life balance, offering flexible working hours and remote work options. - Supportive leadership team that is committed to employee growth and well-being - Great work environment (i love our new office and its facilities) - Positive and collaborative work culture with an open-door policy for effective communication.
    The challengesMaybe a work location (inside Clark) for those who are traveling via public transportation or residing outside Pampanga. However, the company has its private shuttle and offers temporary accommodation to those who are relocating here in Pampanga.

    Actively helped me grow career
    The good thingsThe client I was assigned to wasn't recognizing some of my skills and efforts and it was holding back my raises and career. The Tech Elite management stepped in and pushed the client for months to approve a promotion, and they finally did. Now my team is happier and growing again too. Free lunch, skilled and nice people around everywhere, fun Halloween, end of month games and year-end parties. Nice Tech Elite management team - easy to talk to. No overtime expected. HMO from day 1! PTOs available immediately too. Really high salaries, but really hard exams in recruitment.
    The challengesDay to day tasks are supervised by your client (mostly Australian clients). This can be hard if they dont have great processes or dont understand what ive been doing all day. Career development is decided by the client, and you dont jump between clients. So find out what client you'll be working for.

    NO SECURITY OF TENURE, think THRICE before you work here!!!
    The good things- Free daily lunches. - month end activity. - a good stepping stone for fresh grads - HMO and Government mandated benefits - Great colleagues. - Morning shift (will depend on the company you are working for) - Weekend off (will depend on the company you are working for) - Relaxed environment (will depend on the company you are working for)
    The challengesTechnology Elite is a 3rd company that provides seat slots and resources to company's that want to offshore their services. So it's possible that you will be hired to work for a 3rd party company that also offers 3rd party services (see the big picture?). So make sure you know what you are getting into before you join this company, they don't say everything in the interview. They advertised you will be surrounded by geeks, but you can't really talk to them as they can be working for a different company on a different schedule and they post everywhere saying "OBSERVE SILENCE AT ALL TIMES" Con's YOU EAT ON YOUR DESK - They maximize the room capacity they don't even have a break room/pantry where people can relax and talk. NO SECURITY OF TENURE - your job is coterminous with the company that offshores the manpower and resources, if they decide to stop anytime, you are out of the job. NO CAREER PATH/DEVELOPMENT - there is no career path here, as your specific position is being offshored, there is no growth. You are NOT PART of the company you are working for. NO ANNUAL TEAMBUILDING ACTIVITY - nothing the whole time I was there, make sense because you are working for different company's and your position needs to be manned as that is what they are paying Technology Elite for. NO METRICS - no metrics are provided so it's not clear what you need to meet, the problem is evaluation is subjective. SALARY APPRAISAL - you will need to ask for salary raise, it is not automatic even if you did great on your evaluation. (they have a bi-annual evaluation). If you want an additional salary, it's an additional responsibility. They have a sister company, they occupy the same building, see the feedback for yourself for that company. Its name is TWIST RESOURCES.
