    provided support to faculty and staff, contributing to the smooth operation of academic tasks and gaining valuable teamwork and communication skills.
    The good thingsthe people in the office of vice president for academic affairs are welcoming, they guide me on what to do and don't stop on giving helping hands in order to learn on administrative duties.
    The challengesin communication between offices, people that are toxic will not disappear though patience and kindness can be used to counter it

    The good thingsMy superiors guide me well all throughout my stay in the institution. Opportunities like being a part of important events are given even to the new employees like me. Employees are properly evaluated by the department officials. Employees' inquiries are properly addressed by the persons in authority.
