    Good as a stepping stone to having experience teaching at the tertiary level, but not for career growth/development
    The good thingsClean environment, conducive classrooms and faculty rooms
    The challengesNo work no pay Holidays, and unexpected class interruptions/suspensions, NO regularization even if you stay and work with the institution for 3 years or more, NO Career growth, and NO benefits, boring institution NO X'mas party or any Holiday celebrations, NO prescribed uniform for employees.

    The good thingsWorkmates are all friendly, very clean environment, students are courteous, average salary, surprise bonuses and incentives, high overtime pay
    The challengesThe management is too boring, no christmas events for employees, no teambuilding for depts, politics is too evident, there are officers/heads who do power tripping, no career growth, no benefits

    A Boring Community, Not Enough Benefits, Politics sucks
    The good thingsI applied here thinking it was a good decision to teach in my Alma mater, and I was wrong. The only good thing that happened was our department chair. Giving us tons of loads to have at least a high salary. Don't forget the air-conditioned rooms and the respectful students.
    The challengesThey should improve the benefits. The celebrations, they don't even have a Christmas party for the whole community, team building at least. It was a boring community, didn't enjoy much of my time here. The guards were so strict. This is a good place for students, but not for employees.

    Vindictive Admin, Worst Workplace for Faculty Members
    The good thingsThe students are great. They are respectful and very teachable.
    The challengesThe employees are disrespectful of one's privacy, especially in the faculty room. For the admin, they can only listen to praises and will persecute you for dissenting.

    Mediocre Workplace but a Good School
    The good thingsThe people you work with are great. The students are also friendly and respectful to their teachers. Average pay for new employees.
    The challengesThe admin is highly vindictive. One statement you say against them is all that is needed to destroy your career, no matter how great your work performance is. Stay away of this workplace for your sanity. Subpar benefits and salaries for experienced employees.

    High Qualification Requirement Low Compensation and Benefits
    The good thingsYou can negotiate to arrange your preferred schedule.
    The challengesLow salary. With this demand for higher qualification then you will be receiving low income. They pay us in per hour of teaching. Thus your time used in doing your preparations as well as doing too many documentations for the school is charged for free services rendered. Also don't expect any form of privacy even in the faculty room.

    Good abiance and not really stressful.
    The good thingsThe good thing about working in TIP is the cleanliness of the community itself. TIP implement the 5's program enable to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the Institution. TIP taught us, not just the students but also the employee to be more environmentally responsible in every way we came along.
    The challengesThe challenges working for this company was for being part of ISO. The pressure was there whenever we have a paper works needed to be done.

    Not what I expected
    The good thingsI have the freedom to choose my schedule and the courses to teach. You will get incentives for advanced professional licenses. Clean campus. Really clean.
    The challengesLimited school supplies for the faculty. You have to provide your own most of the time. Too many students to handle per course that is 1:50 is the ratio! That's a lot. Too many documentations and paper work at the end of every sem. Terrible! Compensation. We deserve a higher pay.

    The good thingsWorking environment is really great. Overall organizational culture is very professional.
    The challengesBenefits wise, TIP needs to more improvement. HMO and group insurance are not shouldered by the company, and teaching employees are being paid on a per unit basis, thus there are periods of time during vacation wherein we get no compensation.
