Great people. Poor Management.
The good thingsYou get to work with people who are eager to help teachers and students learn and do their best.
The challengesLow salary. Lack of proper system. Micromanagement. No career growth. You will can be in the same position for 5 years with very minimal increase. Does not provide any benefit packages for the employees.

The good thingsI am well compensated and the office has a great environment.
The challengesI don't have any other benefits like HMO, sick leaves, and such because the company's policy is No Work No Pay.
