    The good thingsOur previous department head is very much willing to teach his knowledge to his subordinate. The company do have core values.
    The challengesManagement system needs improvement especial in handling simultaneous projects. Benefits of the employees should be updated monthly.and salary delays should be avoided in the future. The company's core values should be visible starting from the management down to the employees.
