    The worst company ever. They tolerate bad behavior and promote a “teacher’s pet” dynamic between managers and subordinates. Ofc not everyone is like this but a lot are. The good place to work certification they are going after every year is a very much needed distinction for them because it’s the total opposite of whats going on internally. The worst.
    The good thingsThey provide you with a good pay rate and benefits. HMO from day 1.
    The challengesMost of the people managers are hungry for power. It is emotionally and mentally wrecking to be always gaslighted by these individuals. Sad to say that a number of these folks don’t even seem to deserve their position. Incompetent. The org leaders tolerate the wrong doings one another. So frustrating. If you prioritize peace of mind, forget applying to this company.

    Great Company for the new learning about the database system.
    The good thingsThey give us comfortable office to work and when our Hr is going to the office they always give a snacks for us and that was so relaxing while we are working in our areas.
    The challengesThe main problem why i want to leave this company is the salary can't support the needs of family so that's why i need to apply new company and i want to enhance more.

    Great company if you are looking for career growth
    The good thingsA company with open office culture encourage situational leadership consider every individual is a boss. The company culture drives great learning environment which helps any employee to grow exponentially in shorter time span challenging their limits. Staff is friendly, cheerful & inspired with great team work.
    The challengesThe Company is in Alabang bit far from main business cities. It is better if they open an office in Makati near future.

    Best boss ever!
    The good thingsI get to work under our CEO who has the most fun and unique ideas for employee benefits. He is easily approachable and listens to employees well. Employees are open to suggest ideas to improve work environment, benefits and stuff.
    The challengesTOG has a unique set of employee benefits both monetary and non-monetary and are not common with other companies but it has more room for improvement as the business grows.
