    The challengesNo work life balance, terrible location of the office. Gossip is all over the company. Team leaders are the worst. No sleeping quarters! they don't want you to rest!

    Growing Company rife with opportunity
    The good thingsIt isn't as big as other centers and that's immediately apparent, but that is far from a negative. You'll find that the culture is a lot more controlled, it's a lot less competitive, and the management can make time to help you out when needed.
    The challengesFacilities are lacking, need to have a proper sleeping quarters for agents. Location is far from any restaurants so either bring your own food or spend a fortune on delivery fees.

    The good thingsGreat working environment - competitive salary, great culture and have employee engagement activities. Company is fair.
    The challengesThere are still processes and procedures that need to be improved. Also work on some facilities.

    You can work and at the same time you enjoy what you are doing.
    The good thingsI really love the work environment since its light, all the employees and staffs are friendly and open. You can enjoy and work at the same time. And the salary is not that bad since we have a annual increase and leave credits also a bonus every december! And, what I observed is this company is not toxic at all, i really love the management team.
    The challengesThe only challenges you will encounter is the SQ is too small. I hope atleast 4 employees can sleep there to atleast recharge. But all in all is good.

    The good thingsHybrid set up of work
    The challengesWhen the client ended the project or cut you off. Company have no backup plan. You will have fo wait untill the company introduce you to a new client. No salary while on floating mode.

    The challengesIt took 5 months for me to know that there is no available position for me, after passing the interview twice. They make you believe that you are just waiting for the client for formality but unforntunately they are just wasting yout time

    A different kind of BPO and a good place for mentorship and growth!
    The good thingsDefinitely one of the best companies in the BPO industry. Encourages growth and learning for its employees. The company itself prioritizes the welfare and health of its team by being adaptable to the changing landscape of this pandemic.
    The challengesMy challenges in the company is more on a personal level, with some "former" bad apples in the company. Other than that, I have really nothing too bad to say about the company.

    No job security for agents.
    The good thingsThe office and the environment is way better than any other company.
    The challengesThere are no back up plans for employees in case if the client backs out they reduce their employees work hours and worst put them to floating status (no pay) without any assurance that they will be reactivated.

    Amazing and bright environment with competitive salary.
    The good thingsThere are always employee engagement events, so the stay there isn't dull. Bright and nice colleagues, and very approachable management. The work I had wasn't stressful as it was a back-office position. The workplace itself have a cozy and happy atmosphere. It is indeed a place that is easy to love.
    The challengesThe challenges I had working here are more personal. First, I was not used to commuting everyday, so it was a struggle for me. Second, I am a inexperienced with BPO work when I joined in, so I struggled with their terms and the working style for a short time. It was easy to adjust with the people guiding you there.

    The good thingsThe whole set up, and vibe of the office gives you that feeling of being at home. The people are warm and welcoming too!! I've more to say about Teamspan, but I suggest you try and apply there yourself and see what I'm talking about instead.

    One of the BEST centers in Alabang!
    The good thingsThis is not just like a typical BPO company! Even if we are not that big in numbers, our clients are really big time and generous to those who are hard-working and dedicated to their roles. I am running on my 3rd year with Teamspan and I feel like I wanted to retire here! I can simply say, this would always be my second home!
    The challengesLike what I have said, this company drives you to strive for excellence, sometimes, my duties as a friend, mother, wife, and child gets compromised. It's like I love coming to work to the fact that I don't want to go to the mall, see a movie or dine out often. I just wanted to be in the office and give some more of what I can showcase!
