The good thingsProduction operators, technicians, and engineers are like family and friends
The challengesLow salary. Staying long will not be worthy if you will expect for security upon retirement. Finance budget is badly controlled lately affecting the suppliers, employees benefits and retirees.

I have a good time but the work load is so heavy for the employees and did not give fair salary
The good thingsI was near the company so, less stress in going to work. Friendly co-workers. Good at being your first job if do not have a bachelors degree. (for machine-operator position)
The challengesThey forcefully give an OT to employees because they have to meet their quota. The pay was bad. The workstation needs improvement like new tools. Employee's quota was too high but good thing it's not monitored. Below average in terms of benefits.

The good thingswhat did I enjoy working in TPC? TPC (Team Pacific Corporation) employees are very approachable and accommodating. Being employed in this company is like finding a second home. People are willing to extend a helping hand whether its personal or professional problems your encountering. The management have program that promotes continuous improvement and or innovation, and employee engagement.
The challengesTPC could be better if program and projects will be implemented and tested one step at a time.

    Training Specialist
The good thingsA lot of learning experiences. Experiences that either drive you crazy or make you stronger. In my case everything that I am doing right now is because of my learning experience at Team Pacific. The principles, knowledge, attitudes that I assimilated in that company is paying of right now. Oh and did I mention that I met my wife there. That's the best!
The challengesToo many old timers work there. The prevailing culture is vampire-ish. It will just suck the life out of you. It's like a flight or stay attitude. You can't fight it, but you can't change it either. Unless the old seed is replaced with a new one.
