Supervision on Different Properties / AccountsThe good thingsProperty Management; I didn't just learn technical skills in electrical, mechanical, and civil but also in Property Management. I learned how manage, supervise people and projects in different prperties/sites. I personally got the confidence to associate with property managers, supervisors, engineers on sites to discuss about technical, relational, manpower and management concerns.
The challengesAt first, Not all accounts-properties you handle didn't have any proper turn over. So you have to visit sites alone for courtesy visit. This makes the relationship to us,operations and property managers not so workable.
No clear Job Description; it means, no proper turn over of work. You'll be surprise you have to do tasks they didn't tell you before that it is part of your work. Thank God some of them, I have a little bit ideas how to do it and figure it out immediately.
