    They have poor management, salary is late, and they don't care about their employees' concern, they didn't address it.

    The challengesTeam global didn't care about the concern of their employees, they are too long to response and when you go to their office you will wait for a longer hours.

    Team Global delays every compensation process, 13th month pays, bonuses, allowances, and even the last pay.

    The challengesYou will need to follow up everything, managers and officers are unresponsive and not knowledgeable.

    The challengesOnce they deploy you they doesn't care anymore. More or less 100 days past but I haven't still receive my final pay.

    The challengesDoesn't give opportunities for career development and poor employee service and management considering it is a manpower agency. If you are looking for a good company who takes a good care of their employees and gives career growth, this company is not for you.

    The good thingsMy co worker says that Team Global is a good company giving nice services thrue there employee and good benefits that's what i've looking for. And to enhance my skill and ability with the company.
    The challengesHaving a good relationship with the co-workers and being an humble person. Accept any recommendation and critics from others and make it as a lesson for a better.

    Well compensated but very strict to rules
    The good thingsThey take care of their employees. Whenever you have concern or problem to your job they provide assistance as best as they can.
    The challengesThe company is very strict which leads to misunderstand the situation or scenario of the employee sometimes. They even ask an evaluation to my immediate superior in which we've been for only 2 weeks yet.

    The good thingsProperty Management; I didn't just learn technical skills in electrical, mechanical, and civil but also in Property Management. I learned how manage, supervise people and projects in different prperties/sites. I personally got the confidence to associate with property managers, supervisors, engineers on sites to discuss about technical, relational, manpower and management concerns.
    The challengesAt first, Not all accounts-properties you handle didn't have any proper turn over. So you have to visit sites alone for courtesy visit. This makes the relationship to us,operations and property managers not so workable. No clear Job Description; it means, no proper turn over of work. You'll be surprise you have to do tasks they didn't tell you before that it is part of your work. Thank God some of them, I have a little bit ideas how to do it and figure it out immediately.
