    The good thingsThe work environment is friendly. There are a lot of opportunities for career growth. The equipment use for analysis and process are superior.
    The challengesThere are a lot of hazardous chemicals to deal with during analysis and the process. A lot work load due to 3 units of Power Production are dealt with. Few manpower to do the job.
