    my working experienced in tdk was very memorable, i've met a lot of friends and it helped a lot in terms of financial issues for my family.
    The good thingsthe facilities were very clean especially the comfort room, you can even make tambay and sleep there hahaha..so nice!

    The challenges1) 2 Saturdays in a month are regular working days. 2) There is not much research and development work. More focus on production output.

    The good things1. A lot of good practices and procedures are in placed already. This will be a good stepping stone for new employees specially new graduates. 2. The company ensures that all the company policies and procedure are well communicated through training. 3. with complete transportation from south to north 4. balance work schedule for all worker. (team building, etc) 5. Good medical benefits
    The challenges1. Management style is more of a top down approach. Need also to have a way to have an engagement feedback with shop floor workers. 2. Need to consider review of compensation for engineers and supervisor to align with the market. 3. Need to have a pipelining program for critical positions.
