    at first i applied as a JUNIOR UW at their post and the salary range indicated is from 40k to 80k while i just requesting for 65k but they haggle it to a 55k so at that post means they deceive an applicant, 2nd they put me in a role which i didnt applied., then after 3 mos they decided to terminate my employment because of their stupid reason, even the tenured analyst decided to resign because of how the MANAGER treated their employee. I will not recommend this company.
    The good thingsthe job is a REMOTE or WFH setup
    The challengeshow the manager treat and train the newbie, dont measure a person base on your standards.
