    Good for Work Experience
    The good thingsProductive, Fun and All around responsibility when I was designated on Project Site, I learned alot. HR Staff are very accommodating in terms of assistance.
    The challengesVP & HR being selective and shows power tripping, slow promotion, No Growth and unappreciative to Staffmembers designated on Project Site. Also, non provision of Health Card Benefit despite of Hazardous Environment on Site. It is only beneficial to Old and Senior Employees but to newly hired. Nah.

    The good thingsEvery task they assigned to you, you can managed to finished on time because they gave you privilaged to file OT so that your task will not be loaded.
    The challengesvarious engineering terms but it's okay because every engineers staff they can explain in to you as long as you ask question.

    The good thingsI enjoy working with all my colleagues in TCGI. They are all professional and easy to worked with. Though we experience challenges in our projects it does not stop us from dealing with it in a positive manner. Even though my stay in TCGI is not that long I can honestly say that I will be happy to rejoin and work with them in the future.
    The challengesThe only downside that I can see in TCGI is that they don't have a main server that can store all the past, present and future projects which can easily be access by their employees for easy reference. This will also make the coordination with other disciplines a lot easier. It is not necessary but I think it will greatly help the company.
